Ideal Candidates:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

- Able to learn new software, phone systems, etc.

- Comfortable making and receiving calls

- Possess excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Have 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred)

- Bilingual skills are a plus (not required)

Benefits:

- Administrative starting salary based on experience ($40k-50k)

- Management starting salary based on experience ($50k-70k)
