Job Functions:
Scheduling/Appointment Setting
Answer and route incoming calls
Customer Service
Assisting account managers as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Applicants must:
1. have reliable transportation
2. bilingual is a PLUS
3. proficient with Microsoft office (word, excel, etc)
4. able to learn new software, phone systems, etc
5. comfortable making and receiving calls
