Project Coordinator
Dynasty Building Solutions is a fast-growing Construction and roofing organization. At this time we are looking for two selected candidates to help with our rapid growth. The types of candidates we are looking for are prime candidates in our organization. We are currently hiring Project Coordinator's (PC) for our Tampa Office, Sarasota Office and our newly opened East Orlando Office. PC's must be detailed oriented, with some minor construction knowledge, can not be scared of heights, have the ability to use a ladder, able to deal with the public, and able to keep up with a fast pace environment.
At Dynasty Building Solutions a Project Coordinator's primary role is coordinating our already established, new projects through our community outreach, referrals and territory management. PC's deal only with our already established clients. By attending insurance adjuster appointments, documenting projects and many other tasks.
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
1) Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.2) Must be able to get on and walk on residential and commercial Roof's.3) Able to draw and measure interior rooms and draw and measure roofs and exteriors. 5) Great Attitude and Drive needed!
PAID TRAINING AVAILABLE!!!!!!
STARTING RATE $33,800 A YEAR PLUS COMMISSIONS. DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND DRIVE!!!!
