Bidding Jobs
Estimating Jobs
Contacting GCs, maintain relationships
Going on job sites and taking roofing measurements
Managing multiple projects at one time

Experience: 
Experience bidding, estimating and managing projects from start to finish
New/Re Roofing experience
5+ Years construction estimating experience preferred
Strong organizational skills needed
Sharp written communication skills needed
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Estimating Programs
Must be able to prioritize and move projects forward in timely manner
